Cincinnati's Flying Pig Marathon

For the past 2 years the Cincinnati  PHC crew has manned   the  fluid station located at the Leblond recreation center, mile marker 23, of the Flying Pig marathon. Both years, the runners have awarded us the distinctive honor of voting us  the title of Most Memorable" fluid  station........ Come Rain or shine, You will find us,   amongst palm trees and Banners, Dressed in tropical attire complete with grass skirts coconut bras,  giving runners "Gatoritas" and                 shouting  encouragement  and listening to Balladeer Captain Mike Kammer,  playing and singing,  Buffett songs  on            his guitar. We are a site not to be missed. All were had by a good time, and for our   efforts the Ruth Lyons Childrens Fund recieved $750.00 per year. Join us this year at Mile marker 23, on Sunday,  May 7, 2006 to help us cheer the runners home...
